O Lord Hari! The One who grants great wealth and progress to those sajjanās who worship with great chants, filled with devotion and detachment from worldly affairs; One who is compassionate towards even those ordinary devotees who are troubled by evil and who protects them by putting down such evil; One who is responsible for birth, sustenance and destruction; One who rules us even in mōkṣa; One who is always resident in our hearts; One whose grace ensures we never forget Him; One who is omnipresent; One who is the very personification of bliss – I bow to you Lord Hayagrīva!

Thanks Was searching for this as the chanting by PoojyaShri Admarmatha Swamiji was so attractive Also when I learnt from a pravachana of Shri Bannanje Acharya that the fourth line was revealed by Sri Hari to Shri Rajaru in sleep as he had completed what was in his mind in first three lines itself! Surprising it is not readily avaialble in most Dvaita related sites
You can perhaps chant and add the audio for info as no clip is on youtube presently
